You can unlock the Soul Record when you reach Level 50. The Soul Record has four chapters and each chapter has multiple entries. Every time you activate an entry, you can get Soul Resonance and receive bonuses for your Heroes. The fourth Soul Resonance will only be unlocked if the total Soul Resonance reaches 1200.
In the early game, you can easily obtain resources for the Soul Record in [Conquest] - [Realm Trials]
In [Realm Trials], there are four sections: Wei, Shu, Wu, and Qun. These sections represent the four main trial forces. When you challenge any of the forces, you earn Souls and Soul Essences.
You can also earn the corresponding Souls by completing SR trials in the [Realm Trials] interface. You can refresh it if the current Souls are not what you want. The first refresh every day is free.
Every time you pass the specified stages, you will receive SR Souls. For every five stages you pass, you'll receive SSR Souls and a stage clear chest!
Notes:
You can participate in trials of different factions every day. To challenge the Realm Trials, you need two different squads.
Change your squad and the order of actions in the trials according to your opponent's squad to increase your chances of winning.
Other ways to obtain Soul related resources are as follows:
SSR Up
Randomly recruit Souls of all levels in the SSR Up, and have a chance to directly recruit designated SSR Heroes and obtain precious items such as Masterwork Runes III.
Hero Soul Store
The Hero Soul Store is where you can exchange for Souls. You can use the Soul Essences obtained in the Realm Trials, Renowned Trials and SSR Up to exchange for any Souls. Remember to double-check your needs before exchanging.
Auction House
The Auction House will also generate random Souls after the daily Guild Events have concluded. You can also buy the Souls you need there.
Soul Resonance Skill
In Chapters 1 and 2, Soul Resonance > 30 activates the first Soul Resonance Skill, and > 60 activates the second.
In Chapter 3, Soul Resonance > 20 activates the first Soul Resonance Skill, and > 40 activates the second.
In Chapter 4, Soul Resonance > 50 activates the first Soul Resonance Skill, and > 100 activates the second.
Notes:
The Soul Resonance Skills in the four chapters are different, and it's important for you to pair them according to your squads to maximize the effects of the skills. You can also star up the Resonance Skills to boost the extra stats of the skills. You can only upgrade to a maximum of 4 stars for the skills in the first three chapters, and a maximum of 5 stars for the skills in the fourth chapter.
