NEWBIE GUIDE – DON’T MISS THIS OR YOU’LL FALL BEHIND! (PART 2)

Here’s a solid starter team build you can use early game—especially if you don’t have any 3 star SSR units yet.

It’s beginner-friendly and works well for both PvE and PvP.

Reminder: If you don’t have any 3 R or SR heroes yet, just use the SSRs you’ve got to clear maps early on. Focus on summoning more R and SR to upgrade them later.

♦ Why this team works well:
Core Pair: Fan Feng + Xing Dao Rong
  • This duo shines with their ability to reduce damage taken, based on how many R or SR heroes are deployed on your team.
Bonus: both automatically attack the enemy with the highest ATK, making them great for sniping enemy carries using single-target skills.

Frontline Tanks: Free Female Duo (given early game)
  • These two are easy to rank up and very effective in the early game.
  • They start each battle with a shield equal to 25% of their max HP, making them great at tanking early damage. They also bring light crowd control with a small stun, helping disrupt enemy formations.

Last 2 Flexible Slots:
You can choose to:
  • Fill with any bonded pair that has higher stars
  • OR go with the suggested units below. These don’t need specific character bonds, but activate synergy based on faction or role type (Support, Burst, DPS, Tank).

Suggested Heroes:
  • Cai Wenji – Easy to get, simple to use, good utility support
  • Wang Yuanji – Provides reduction to final damage taken
  • Zhuge Liang – Boosts your team’s rage and lowers enemy rage
  • Lu Su – Healer with sustain for longer fights
  • Or any other hero that fits your lineup and synergy!

Overall strengths of this team comp:
► Damage boost
► Healing and sustain
► Light CC (stun)
► Easy to use for campaign, exploration, and stage progression
